The 45-minute connection is dead. May it rest in airport chaos. ✈️
I don’t care if the airline says it’s legal. Legal does not mean sane, especially during summer travel.
Book connecting flights with enough room for delays, long lines, gate changes, and reality.
Buffer time is the new upgrade.

Your hotel room comes with more than what you can see.
After 20 years as a hotel concierge, I can tell you: hotels often have chargers, humidifiers, workout gear, baby supplies, sleep amenities, local experiences, and plenty of other things guests never realize are available.
The catch? You usually have to ask.
And no, the best hotel “hack” is not demanding a free upgrade. It’s telling the team what would make your stay better and giving them the chance to help.
Save this before your next hotel stay. What’s the most unexpected amenity you’ve ever received?

You know I love a place that feels a little if you know, you know. 👀
The @sanctuaryhotel is literally steps from Times Square… yet somehow feels tucked away from all the Times Square of it all.
And the real surprise? You could basically make an entire NYC night out without leaving the hotel.
I had an incredible omakase at @thechemistryroom, then another night met friends upstairs at @sushilab.nyc, their rooftop sushi spot that feels like a little garden hiding above Midtown.
Would I normally tell you to hang around Times Square? Debatable. But it is convenient and 💯 worth it!
But THIS is exactly why I love finding places like this.
One of those addresses you keep in your notes for when you need it.
And yes… it’s officially in mine. 📍

Ever notice how the same destinations keep showing up on everyone's travel list? ✈️
There's nothing wrong with visiting iconic places. They're popular for a reason. But sometimes the most memorable trips happen when you look just a little beyond the obvious.
Instead of squeezing through packed streets or waiting in endless lines, imagine discovering a coastal town that feels untouched, finding a beach with room to breathe, or wandering through a city where you can actually slow down and soak it all in.
The world is full of places that offer the same beauty, history, and incredible food, just with fewer crowds and a little more magic.
This summer, maybe the goal isn't to travel farther. Maybe it's to travel smarter.
Which underrated destination has completely surprised you? I'd love to add a few more hidden gems to my list. 🌍👇
When did "wellness" become a buzzword instead of a promise? 🌿
These days, it feels like every hotel has a spa menu, plush robes, and a candle or two. But that's not the same as a true wellness retreat.
Real wellness travel is intentional. It's waking up without an alarm. Eating food that leaves you feeling energized. Moving your body because it feels good, not because it's on your to do list. And returning home feeling genuinely restored instead of needing another vacation.
That's why not every hotel with a spa deserves to be called a wellness hotel.
The properties that truly stand out go far beyond massages. They build every part of the guest experience around helping you rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
If you're investing in a wellness getaway, don't settle for great marketing. Look for a place that's designed to help you leave feeling different than when you arrived.
What does a true wellness escape look like to you? I'd love to hear what matters most when you're planning one. ✨
Hot take: you do not need a passport stamp for a trip to feel like an escape. 🌎
When borders feel complicated or long-haul travel isn’t in the cards, it’s easy to assume adventure has to wait. But some of the most unforgettable experiences are closer than we think.

A road trip through Sedona's towering red rocks. Watching glaciers drift by along Alaska's breathtaking coastline. Lazy afternoons soaking up the sun in the Florida Keys. Even discovering hidden gems in your own backyard that you've always meant to visit but never have.
Travel isn't defined by the number of passport stamps you collect. It's about stepping away from your routine, seeing somewhere with fresh eyes, and creating memories you'll carry long after you get home.
Sometimes the best adventure isn't across the ocean. It's the one you've been overlooking all along.
So tell me... what's one destination that's closer to home but still feels like an escape? I'd love to hear what's on your list. ✈️👇
When was the last time you planned a trip that genuinely excited you? ☀️
It's easy to fall into the habit of revisiting the same destinations or booking what's familiar. But every year brings a new opportunity to experience somewhere that changes your perspective.
Maybe it's waking up over crystal clear water in the Maldives. Exploring ancient temples in Egypt. Wandering the colorful streets of Portugal. Slowing down in Croatia. Sipping wine through the French countryside. Or finally taking that bucket list trip to the Galápagos, Mexico, or the UK.
The best vacations aren't always about checking places off a list. They're about choosing experiences that leave you with stories you'll still be telling years from now.
So here's your sign to start dreaming a little bigger for Summer 2026. 🌎✨

Not me immediately becoming a marina-view person. 🌴⚓️ But I’m here for it.
The @HiltonFLLMarina was one of those special stays. Not only is the location unbeatable, but the views from every floor of the hotel and that dreamy oasis pool had me wanting to extend my stay.
And we HAVE to talk about @OliveAndSeaFTL … this restaurant is a destination in and of itself. Of course, it’s gorgeous and has stellar views, but the food? Mediterranean-inspired and so good we were inducted into the clean plate club. And we had a lot of plates.
I also love that the hotel has a @FortLauderdaleWaterTaxi stop right outside. Whether you want a short cruise along the Intracoastal — worth it for all the incredible homes — or a longer ride down to Hollywood Beach, there’s no better location.
If you’re cruising out of Fort Lauderdale, this hotel steps from the port should absolutely be the place to stay before or after your sailing. And honestly, even if you’re not cruising, this should be on your radar the next time you want a waterfront getaway.
Water views, Mediterranean bites, Water Taxi access, and that breezy South Florida energy … Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is officially on my “stay before the cruise — or just because” list.
