Please meet Andy Pongco Nominee from the USA Sarah Dandashy
Sarah works at the The London West Hollywood. In a city where everyone has a concept in development it’s brilliant to check into a hotel that has only one focus – you. The London West Hollywood brings you smooth glamour, luxuriously large open floor-plan suites, exquisite food and drink by the culinary team of Gordon Ramsay, complimentary breakfast every morning, a stylish rooftop lounge retreat, and uncanny and intuitive service that never intrudes. Completing the experience, our coveted locale puts the Sunset Strip at your doorstep and gives near-neighbor status to Angeleno style centers – Beverly Hills, Melrose, Robertson, more.
My favorite place in Los Angeles is Runyon Canyon and its sister oasis, Wattles Park. Runyon Canyon is a famous hike located just a few blocks away from the iconic Hollywood Boulevard. Personally, I am a fan of being outdoors as much as possible. And Runyon Canyon allows you to “escape” the city while remaining within the heart of Los Angeles! The hike takes about an hour to 90 minutes, but the view at the top is so rewarding. Known as inspiration point, on a clear day, you can see all the way from downtown Los Angeles to Catalina Island (out in the Pacific!). Runyon is a very popular hike, but on days I’m looking for quieter experience, I head over to a lesser known gem called Wattles Park. With its historic building, communal vegetable gardens, and lush green lawn, I’ll dive into a delicious book while relaxing alfresco.
Sometimes the best things in life are free and best enjoyed while wearing your running shoes!
