When it comes to the New Year, everyone is trying to figure out what fitness routine works for their lifestyle. Living in Los Angeles, there is no shortage of workout options. So think outside of the box, and try one of these sporty activities. Ready to sweat?

Burn 60

A boutique gym located in the heart of Brentwood, Burn 60’s goal is to maximize calorie burn in just 60 minutes. Every class is different, mixing up treadmill interviews with floor work and free weights. As if the knowledgeable trainers were not enough to motivate you, the awesome music mixes inspire you to push harder. Your abs will thank you for giving Burn 60 a try. And you might even bump into a celeb or two. The first class is free, and parking is easy with a huge lot located across the street.

#ConciergeTip: Commit yourself for at least a month, and you’ll see huge results!

Modo Yoga

The best hot yoga studio in the city! They are clean, offer a variety of classes, and have amazing teachers! From their regular Modo and Modo Flow classes, some are supplemented by groovy tunes (Downward Dog to Fleetwood Mac? Um, yes!), and a few classes are even offered in silence to live music to even candle light. No matter how you like to Warrior Two, you’ll find your happy place. Come prepared to sweat, so bring a change of clothes, towel, mat, and water bottle. Namaste my friends.

#ConciergeTip: Arrive at least 15 minutes early. You don’t want to ruin your zen by stressing about getting into a class.

Soul Cycle

Each class is a combination of jogging, sprinting, climbing—all to the beat of high energy songs!
